The slices are made from Williams pears grown on our own trees. We dry them unpeeled and the natural way, keeping their full flavour and sweetness.
A kilogram of fresh pears leaves only a handful of slices — which is why they cost more than apple chips, and why the flavour is so concentrated.

How to serve
