How we work
Three reasons the taste is different

Homegrown, unsprayed fruit
We grow part of the fruit ourselves; the rest comes from trusted farmers nearby. All of it is unsprayed, natural and local.

A family tradition
Fruit growing and winemaking have a long tradition in the family, and our grandparents also dried fruit. Distilling is something we started ourselves.

Nothing added
We add no sugar, flavourings, colouring or preservatives. What you taste is simply the fruit.
Our story
A young orchard, a long tradition
Brbonov grič is a small family farm in Založe near Polzela. Our young orchard of apple trees and Williams pears grows on the hill.
The rest of the fruit comes from trusted farmers nearby — all of it unsprayed, natural and local. Fruit growing and winemaking have a long tradition in the family, and our grandparents also dried fruit. Distilling is something we started ourselves.
